I had Lipo on abdomen and flanks by Dr Forley using only local anesthesia. Getting sedation is DEF not necessary for this procedure and felt minimal discomfort. I also was chatting with Dr Forley and his nurse the entire time! My results a week later are amazing and I did not have any bruising at all. Post surgery pain was minimal and needed only Tylenol. He is a true gentlemen and a gifted surgeon. The staff is beyond wonderful!!

At the age of 68 I was very self-conscious about my excess neck skin, neck bands and fading jawline otherwise known as sagging skin and turkey neck. The recovery time was also very minimal with no bruising and results can be seen almost immediately. As a woman celebrating life in her seventh decade, my neck and face rapidly descended downward, and I was not ready to sacrifice looking good. For me, face and neck lift surgery was not an option, but Dr. Forely was determined to find a treatment to remedy my concerns.

In 2023, he introduced me to a new concept, MyEllevate, a non-surgical procedure performed under local anesthesia that was developed to lift the neck area with jawline contouring. The procedure could be further enhanced when combined with a Morpheus8, a radiofrequency treatment. He believed I was an ideal candidate. With complete trust, I scheduled my appointment.

On the day of the appointment, Dr. Forley discussed modifying my procedure; he decided to forgo the Morpheus8 machine and instead surgically cut around my ears to better define the jawline. After reviewing my photos and hearing all my concerns, he took the time to customize a plan.

I met with Dr. Forley who is friendly, approachable, kind and patient and he explained that we could do a nanofat procedure. Sometimes Botox is used to correct wrinkles like this but my body and Botox don’t get along. Dr. Forley removed fat through my bellybutton and then inserted it into the wrinkle on my chest and the band on my neck. When I tell you it is like a photoshop situation, it is. It’s like the whole thing has been completely deleted. The entire experience was fantastic–the staff is professional and warm, Dr. Forley is absolutely the best of the best in terms of artistry, surgical craft and being a nice human. I am no longer self-conscious of my chest and I’m deeply grateful to have found him!

I had a bump on my nose that was profound on one side, slight on the other, and virtually not visible from the front. I am young and have never had any work done. I was scared and had high expectations of what my “after” should look like.

I wanted to look “exactly the same” from the front, and yet have my bump removed completely (a ridiculous request). I was concerned about wanting to maintain my ethnic features but wanted refinement and femininity without looking like I had anything done.

After endless research, consulting with peers and reading online- Dr. Forley was the obvious choice. He has the best reviews and the happiest patients for a reason.

I was initially skeptical because of the cost but glad it did not deter me. While I found ” better deals”- I was told time and time again that you get what you pay for which I now know is true. His years of training, performing procedures and innate talent have made him simply artistic in refining your appearance. Investing in the right surgeon is the best decision I could have made.

My friend and family were concerned they would see a different woman once the stitches came out- but when they saw me they were in shock (as was I) of how my bump was gone and yet I looked just like myself.

Day of treatment
I simply adore Dr Forley. I’m 50 I take care of myself but you know things happen. He listens to you which is key, he has a light touch so nothing is ever shocking or crazy. I’m new to a lot of procedures but if he tells me something he recommends you bet I’m going to do it. He cares about his patients, he knows this work is sensitive as we all hate aging. But he makes it better. I can’t say enough about him but know he has taken years off my face and neck and it’s so subtle yet perfectly done. He never quits on you and always will fix anything not working! His entire staff is wonderful.

Day of treatment I have been seeing Dr. Forley for over 20 years now. It’s hard to believe so much time has passed because I practically look the same as when I first started seeing him! To begin with Dr. Forley was highly recommended by a dear friend of mine. When I decided to see Dr. Forley, I was truly amazed how his staff greeted me. I did the procedure one month ago. I followed the specific instructions exactly to ensure the best benefits on my part. He did a wonderful job. I had no issues at all and when I woke up I felt fine. I had some swelling and bruising (which is normal) and it took about 14 days (I would say 10 days but for the final yellow bruising to go away – technically 14 days). My eyes felt fine, no itching, no dry eyes, and as the days progressed my eyes started to look better than normal. I was healing quickly.

I had a breast reduction with Dr. Forley and was very, very pleased. He took the time I needed to understand the procedure and answered every question I had. Also a plus- returned my calls in a prompt matter and perhaps most importantly- I’m so happy with the results! If you’re going through insurance though the downside is that the person in the office who deals with insurance is only in 2 days a week and does not return calls as promptly and is not always in when the office says she will be.

After many (about 30!) years of various prescription creams and lotions, long term sun damage and brown spots on my face and arms remained unchanged. Nothing worked. Dr. Forley is hands down the best, board-certified plastic surgeon in NYC. Located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, his office is anything but stuffy. His staff is welcoming and fantastic. Tracy is amazing and made the experience easy, organized, and pleasant. Satu, the RN, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind & caring. Dr. Subbarao, the anesthesiologist, was intelligent, calming, and really helped me feel comfortable going under anesthesia. Everybody made the process very simple and straightforward. I had a breast augmentation prior using Mentor moderate profile silicone gel implants (375cc) in 2012. I was a 34DD bra size, and prior to my breast aug. I was a 34B. I went over the muscle because the doctor at the time said he could place the implants closer together if done sub-glandular and used my inframammary fold as the incision site. I had developed capsular contracture in my left breast and also had implant wrippling in my right breast. My breasts were low-lying and pointed down, and the areola had stretched significantly.After examining my breasts from my prior augmentation, Dr. Forley recommended performing a bilateral mastopexy and implant exchange using silicone gel implants. I decided to go with Allergan’s newest implants called Inspira (485cc). They feel SO natural! He also made a periareolar incision to reduce the size of my areola with a “cookie cutter” kind of method. All in all, I couldn’t be happier with the final outcome after my surgery now that it’s been since January. The scars are still healing, but my self-confidence has risen tremendously, and I’m extremely grateful for Dr. Forley and his whole team.

About 5 years into the relationship he felt i was a “candidate” for a lower lift and we proceeded….and he also did a little to my nose as well. The outcome perfection! I recently had a new procedure done at Dr. Forley’s office called Ellipse Nordlys IPL system, a procedure to get rid of the dark spots on my face. I have not had anything done prior to this and my brown spots always bothered me..the procedure was quick with a light sting and heat..really no big deal!!

The Doctor and his staff were very attentive and concerned with my comfort. There was no redness or swelling or scabs, only little clusters of dark brown spots like coffee grounds. I was told to expect that and makeup covered them.

After a week plus I realized that the spots were fading and within no time they were gone.
It is now 1 month since the procedure..the pictures before and after are amazing..a significant difference..I am THRILLED
With the results!!! A friend even commented that my skin has such a glow!

Dr. Forley did liposuction on my neck last fall. It made a dramatic difference–what a blessing to have pictures without a double chin! To me Dr. Forley walks on water. I had a lower face lift 10 years ago and still love the results. I live in San Diego and would not let ANYONE ELSE touch my face…I go back to NYC frequently to see friends and Dr. Forley. I get botox but for the most part have needed very little. I had always thought my top lip was to thin, and with Dr. Forley’s technique and his natural approach, I was able to get the look I wanted with his expertise. I also had Botox injected into my glabella, which is the line between your eyes. I have poor vision, so it truly helped make that line disappear. He takes a lot of time with you to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I didn’t feel any pain, and I will continue to not only go to him for any future treatments, but also recommend as many people possible so that they too can feel better about themselves inside and out!

Everything was easy with filling out my papers to my Ultherapy session. Dr. Forley is a great Doctor – he made me feel at ease prior to my session and yes, it was uncomfortable here and there for the session but with some relaxation pills I was happy. Pain wise, I would say 6.8/10 for pain. In any case, I loved the fact that he showed everything about the Ultherapy. I would go to him again and again!

I’m happy to report that yesterday I started feeling more like myself. I went out to watch my sons baseball playoff games and was outside for a couple of hours. I even went to celebrate after the win at a local restaurant with the family. I ate light and healthy since I’m trying to lose my stomach and I really don’t have my appetite back yet. I have to admit I did feel exhausted last night but it felt good to be out. Today is 1 week since my surgery and I am so happy the worst is hopefully behind me. It seems surreal that I actually had the surgery and its behind me. Yesterday at my sons game they were selling t-shirts and of course my knee her reaction was…no, they don’t have 3x to fit my boobs so forget it…and then I remembered omg I can buy an extra large, maybe! There still very swollen so they seem big but I’m hopeful they will fill in a little and out a little and I will be able to wear extra large or even large. My husband told me you can definitely tell a difference. But regardless, even swollen and still a little sore and itchy I feel like a human being again and not a freak. Last night it was hot and I put on a tank top for bed and I felt “normal”. I think anyone whose had to deal with huge breast know what I’m talking about. So the blisters I’m taking care of just like the Dr, said and changing the dressing daily. My husband told me they look like there healing, I hope so. My next Dr. Appt is this thursday I’ll be 10 days post op so I guess I’ll update then. Unless anything else comes up.

After discussing my eyes with Dr. Forley for over a year, I finally got up the nerve to go ahead and have my upper and lower eyelids done. I had a lot of sagging skin on my upper lids giving me a hooded appearance and my eyes looked tired and droopy all the time. I looked exhausted even when I was full of energy. I was very nervous, but Dr. Forley took charge and took care of everything. The procedures took place right in his office and I was able to go home shortly after the procedures were completed. While initially swollen, I was not in any pain, and the recovery went much more quickly than I had imagined. It was the best decision I have ever made. I don’t look exhausted all the time, but rather like I have had a good nights sleep (which is all I was hoping for) I can actually apply make up to my upper lids without all the creasing and glopping and no one has even suspected that I had anything done!!!!

My eyes look totally natural but without all the extra sagging skin both on top and underneath.

Dr. Forley is a master of injectables. The Botox and Juvederm that he has provided me with has made a huge difference in how I look and feel without it being obvious to anyone but me. I met Dr. Forley several years ago, on the recommendation of someone who actually worked for a different (well known) dermatologist and plastic surgeon. My experience with Fraxel was actually better than I expected. I’ve had four treatments and my skin has just been so much healthier. It has a better texture. My friends always say how good I look. They do not notice the day after I come home that anything has been done. It is a very natural look. It is not even so much about looking younger as it is about looking the best that you were at your age.

Wanted to share my story with people on this site – I met him a few times, before and after the tummy tuck. Dr. Forley has an eye for aesthetics, plus he is kind and funny, very approachable.
